| Crab Casserole 3
2 cups of white sauce 1 1/2 cup of fresh crab, flaked 1 small can of sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup of bread crumbs 1/2 cup of grated cheese 3 tablespoons of butter

Combine the white sauce and crab, add mushrooms. Pour into buttered casserole, sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Dot with butter. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes. Yields 6 servings
