Crab Casserole 4

1 pound of crab meat
1 1/2 cup of cracker crumbs
3/4 cup of chopped celery
3/4 cup of chopped onion
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2/3 cup of melted butter or margarine
1/4 cup of cream

Pick over crab meat, combine all ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole, top with additional crumbs and butter. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 -40 minutes. Yields 6 servings
