2 tablespoons of flour 4 tablespoons of butter 1 cup of milk 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley 2 teaspoons of lemon juice 1 teaspoon of prepared mustard 1/2 teaspoon of horseradish 2 cups of flaked crab meat 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped 1/2 cup of bread crumbs 2 tablespoons of melted butter
Blend flour with melted butter, gradually stir in milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add the remaining ingredients except crumbs and butter, pour into scallop or crab shells. Top with crumbs mixed with butter. Bake at 375ºF. for 15 minutes or until crumbs are brown. Yields 8 servings
