| Crab Meat Casserole 2
1 pound of crabmeat 4 eggs, hardboiled 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise Ritz crackers or bread crumbs salt and pepper
White sauce: 2 tablespoons of butter 2 tablespoons of flour 1 cup of milk |

Mix white sauce, chopped eggs, mayonnaise and crab meat. Place in casserole. Cover with crackers or bread crumbs. Bake until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes in 350ºF. oven. Serves 4 - 6
