Alaskan Crab Mold

Alaskan Crab Mold

two 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
two 8 ounce cans of equivalent in frozen Alaskan crab
1 1/2 package of gelatin, softened in 1/4 cup of water
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of minced onion
2 tablespoons of minced celery
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

Heat soup with softened gelatin, allow to cool. Soften cream cheese and add rest of ingredients to cooled soup. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 5 cup mold and chill overnight. Unmold and serve with crackers.
