| Crab Supreme
4 tablespoons of butter 4 tablespoons of flour 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard 2 cups of milk 1 pound of crabmeat juice of one lemon
Sprinkle lemon juice over crabmeat. Melt butter, add flour, salt, pepper, mustard, when smooth add milk slowly. Bring to a boil stirring constantly until smooth and thick. Mix with crabmeat. Place in shells or a greased baking dish, top with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 -40 minutes at 350ºF. Serves 8 - 10
