| Deviled Crabs 7
1 pound of crabmeat 2 eggs 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon of hot sauce 1 cup of mayonnaise 2 tablespoons of prepared mustard 1/2 cup of buttered saltines, crushed 1/4 cup of canned milk, undiluted 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2 tablespoons of parsley flakes |

Butter crackers and put in warm oven until butter melts. When cool, crush and add all ingredients. Fill crab shells and sprinkle each with paprika. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 400ºF. for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serves six
