| Lemon Barbecue Sauce for Fish
1/2 cup of lemon juice 1/4 cup of salad oil 2 tablespoons of grated onion 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 1 teaspoon of dry mustard 2 tablespoons of brown sugar 1 pound of fish fillets or steaks |

Mix all ingredients except fish, stirring until dissolved. Pour sauce over fish. Place 2 inches below broiler to brown. Baste frequently, turn to brown other side. Yield 4 servings.
