Salmon Loaf
| Salmon Loaf Recipe 1
1/2 cup of milk 3 tablespoons of salmon liquid 2 cups of salmon 1 egg 1 1/2 cup of bread crumbs 2 teaspoons of grated onion 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Mix all ingredients until well blended, pack into well greased floured loaf pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 35 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf with knife, let stand for 5 minutes before removing. Yield 6 servings
Salmon Loaf 2
one 1 pound can of salmon, flaked 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 cup of tiny bread cubes 1 tablespoon of chopped pimento 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes 1 teaspoon of salt
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 375ºF. for 45 minutes or until firm. Yield 6 servings
