| Salmon Loaf Recipe 1
1/2 cup of milk 3 tablespoons of salmon liquid 2 cups of salmon 1 egg 1 1/2 cup of bread crumbs 2 teaspoons of grated onion 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper |

Mix all ingredients until well blended, pack into well greased floured loaf pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 35 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf with knife, let stand for 5 minutes before removing. Yield 6 servings
Salmon Loaf 2
one 1 pound can of salmon, flaked 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 cup of tiny bread cubes 1 tablespoon of chopped pimento 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes 1 teaspoon of salt
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 375ºF. for 45 minutes or until firm. Yield 6 servings
