| Salmon & Egg Scramble
one 1 pound can of salmon 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine 4 eggs 1 tablespoon of fine dry bread crumbs 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar salt and pepper to taste |

Stir salmon into melted butter, add eggs and remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until eggs are set but moist, stirring constantly. Yield 6 servings
