| Scalloped Oysters
1 pint of oysters and liquid 1 cup of cracker crumbs 1/3 cup of melted butter 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard 2 teaspoons of chopped parsley Milk 1 cup of soft bread crumbs |

Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs, adding enough milk to moisten well. Place in baking dish, top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375ºF. until set. Yield 4 servings
