| Hot Seafood Salad Casserole
1 cup of chopped celery 1/2 cup of chopped green peppers 1/2 cup of chopped onion 1/2 pound of crab meat, cooked 1/2 pound of shrimp, cooked and chopped 1 cup of mayonnaise 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup of buttered bread crumbs 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Combine the celery, green peppers and onion, add crab meat, shrimp, mayonnaise and seasonings. Pour into casserole, sprinkle with crumbs and cheese. Bake at 375ºF. for 45 minutes. Yield 4 servings
