| Hot Seafood Salad Casserole
1 cup of chopped celery 1/2 cup of chopped green peppers 1/2 cup of chopped onion 1/2 pound of crab meat, cooked 1/2 pound of shrimp, cooked and chopped 1 cup of mayonnaise 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup of buttered bread crumbs 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese |

Combine the celery, green peppers and onion, add crab meat, shrimp, mayonnaise and seasonings. Pour into casserole, sprinkle with crumbs and cheese. Bake at 375ºF. for 45 minutes. Yield 4 servings
