Shrimp in Sour Cream

1 1/2 pound of cooked shrimp
1/3 cup of butter
1/2 pound of mushrooms
1 1/2 cup of sour cream
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Paprika
1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese



Sauté the shrimp in butter with mushrooms for 8 - 1ominutes. Heat sour cream to boiling point, add soy sauce, salt, pepper and paprika to make pink. Add cream to shrimp, simmer until sauce thickens slightly. Put in ramekins or baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler to brown. Yield 6 servings
