Shrimp & Artichoke Casserole

Shrimp & Artichoke Casserole

1 can of artichoke hearts
1 pound of shrimp
1/2 pound of mushrooms
2 cans of frozen shrimp soup, undiluted
butter
Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Mix the artichoke hearts, shrimp and mushrooms. Add frozen shrimp soup. Put in greased casserole. Melt the butter, toss lightly with stuffing. Bake for 30 minutes at 325ºF. Makes 4 servings
