Shrimp in Wine Sauce

1 pound of shrimp, cooked and peeled
3/4 cup of chopped onion
3/4 cup of sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup of butter
3 tablespoons of flour
1 cup of chicken bouillon
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of dry white wine
patty shells, rice or toast points



Cook shrimp. Saute onion and mushrooms in butter until tender. Blend in flour. Add chicken bouillon gradually. Add sour cream, wine and shrimp. Heat, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice, toast points or in patty shells.
