12 canned shrimp, cut up 1 tablespoon of dry white wine 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Soak the shrimp in wine for 1/2 hour. Remove shrimp and mix with other ingredients. Serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 1. |
