| Shrimp Fra Diavolo
1/3 cup of olive oil 1 medium onion 2 cloves garlic 1 can (2 pounds 3 ounces) of Italian tomatoes 2 tablespoons of parsley 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt a dash of cayenne 1 teaspoon of oregano 1 teaspoon of basil 1/4 cup of olive oil 2 pounds of shrimp 1 package of fancy (shell) spaghetti |

Sauté the minced onion and minced garlic in 1/3 cup of olive oil for 4 minutes. Add all other ingredients except shrimp. then 1/4 cup of olive oil and spaghetti. Simmer for 30 minutes. Meanwhile sauté the shrimp in the 1/4 cup of olive oil for 6 minutes. When sauce is done, add the shrimp. Serve with cooked spaghetti.
