Shrimp Hors D' Oeuvres

1 pound of fresh shrimp, cooked, cleaned, chopped fine
1 tablespoon of minced onion
1 teaspoon of minced celery
1 teaspoon of  minced green pepper
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of grated fresh lemon rind
1/4 teaspoon of salt
a dash of pepper
4 or 5 drops of Tabasco
3/4 cup of mayonnaise

Mix well and enjoy!
