| Tidewater Crab Cakes
1 pound of crab meat 1 teaspoon or more of Old Bay seasoning 3/4 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley 1 egg, beaten 2 slices of bread, crusts removed, soaked in water |

Mix ingredients and shape into cakes. Place on plate and put in refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes to set up. Fry quickly in 1/8" of bacon grease or shortening until brown on both sides. Serves 4
