| Gazebo Cheese Soup
1/2 stick of butter 3 chopped green onions 3 stalks celery, chopped with leaves 2 grated carrots 2 cans of condensed chicken broth 2 cans of cream of potato soup 8 ounces of grated yellow cheese a few drops Of Tabasco sauce 8 ounces of sour cream or 1 cup of milk Salt and pepper to taste |

Sauté the green onions, celery and carrots in butter. Add the chicken broth and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Serves 6.
