Gazebo Cheese Soup

Gazebo Cheese Soup 1/2 stick of butter 3 chopped green onions 3 stalks celery, chopped with leaves 2 grated carrots 2 cans of condensed chicken broth 2 cans of cream of potato soup 8 ounces of grated yellow cheese a few drops Of Tabasco sauce 8 ounces of sour cream or  1 cup of milk Salt and pepper to taste Sauté the green onions, celery and carrots in butter. Add the chicken broth and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Serves 6.
