| French Onion Soup
4 large onions, thinly sliced 1/4 cup of butter or margarine, melted three 10 3/4 ounce cans of beef broth, undiluted 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce 1/8 teaspoon of pepper Sliced French Bread toasted Grated Parmesan cheese
Sauté the onions in butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat until tender and brown. Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and pepper, bring soup to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
