| Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup
6 cups of chicken stock 1/4 cup of thin egg noodles salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley |

Bring stock to boil in large saucepan. Add noodles, stirring constantly. Boil noodles following package directions. Stir frequently to prevent noodles from sticking to pan. Add salt and pepper. Serve hot in soup mugs, liberally sprinkled with finely chopped parsley. Serves 4 - 6.
