Spinach Leek Soup

Spinach Leek Soup 2 leeks 3 bags of spinach one 6 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese 2 cans of Campbell's chicken broth Ham bone, optional Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste 1/2 stick of margarine Sauté the leeks in margarine until wilted. Add 3 quarts of water, broth and ham bone. Bring to a boil. Add spinach and cream cheese. Cook on low until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. Cool. Put through blender and season to taste.
