| Honey Glazed Ham Slice Caraway Cabbage Sweet Potatoes w/Pecans
Caraway Cabbage
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 1 medium head cabbage, cored and shredded 1 tablespoon of caraway seeds 3/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Heat oil in a large skillet; add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Cook cabbage over medium heat, stirring constantly, 10 to 12 minutes or until tender. Serve Caraway Cabbage immediately. Yield 6 servings
Sweet Potatoes w/Pecans
4 medium size sweet potatoes 1/4 cup of butter or margarine, melted 1/4 cup of firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
Wash sweet potatoes; pierce with a fork 3 times. Bake at 400ºF. for 40 minutes or until tender, but firm. Peel potatoes; cut into 1/2 inch slices. Place in a 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over potatoes. Bake at 325ºF. for 20 minutes. Serve warm. Yield 6 servings
