| Tipsy Sweet Potatoes
2 1/2 cups of cooked, mashed sweet potatoes 4 tablespoons of butter, soft 1/2 cup of firmly packed light brown sugar 1/3 cup of Jack Daniel's Whiskey Pinch of salt Pecan halves |

Preheat oven to 325ºF. Combine all ingredients except topping. Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole. Top with pecan halves or marshmallows. Bake 20 minutes, until bubbly. Makes 6 to 8 servings, but be careful, everyone will want seconds!
