| Sweet Potatoes in Applesauce
1 can of sweet potatoes, 16ounces drained 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1 can of Applesauce; 8 oz. 1/4 cup of brown sugar; firmly packed 1 tablespoon of butter (or marg.) 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg |

Place sweet potatoes in a 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with salt. Spoon applesauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with brown sugar; dot with butter. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 375ºF. for 30 to 35 minutes. Serving Size: 4 SOURCE: Southern Living Magazine, June, 1974. Typed for you by Nancy Coleman.
